The 411: Toronto condo developer Concord Adex is suing online critics for $10 million, alleging their viral posts about two projects were part of a campaign to damage its reputation and sales.

• Concord’s lawsuit targets users behind TikTok and RedNote accounts that posted dozens of critical videos and comments about Canada House and King’s Landing.

• One TikTok showing flooding, leaks and property damage has been viewed nearly 400,000 times.

• Concord says the posts falsely blamed it for issues including a parking garage flood that it says was caused by a burst city water line.

• The developer is challenging 60 posts and comments published between July 2025 and May 2026.

• Concord is also suing more than 50 buyers who failed to close on units at the same two projects.

• One defendant paid $212,000 in deposits on a $1.06-million King’s Landing condo purchased in 2021 before failing to close in 2026
